A few ideas to help you kick off your self care journey!
- Nourish your body with WATER! Drink more water and watch how it benefits your overall health and skin!
- Make your bed. It sounds silly but the daily routine of making your bed changes the way you start your day. Creating the energy for more productivity from the time you wake up.
- Start your day naming 3 things you are proud of yourself for. It's easy to focus on what we aren't doing and we forget to give ourselves credit for how far we have come.
- Treat yourself to a gift-you deserve it! It doesn't have to be over the top, maybe a massage, a nice candle or something you've had your eye on.
- Create a vision board and go after your goals! It only takes that one step to get the ball rolling.
- Take a walk around your neighborhood and clear your mind. Slow down for a bit and actually smell the roses.
- Pray/Meditate - I know we are all aware of the power of prayer. Set an intention to do it daily for 10 minutes.
- Exercise. Invest in your overall health journey.
- Dress up for yourself! It feels really good get dolled up!
- Soak in an essential oil bath and relax.
